Several interviews - can be daunting but they are dedicated to what they do. First is with Talent/HR, then you move on in there process. There are lots of openings between September and January.
I was asked several questions about my tutoring background and did a basic mock interview where I was to show how I would tutor for several scenarios, including an advanced college statistics problem which would normally involve preparing a solution rather than solving on the fly.
