I was recruited by the COO on Linkedin. There was a total of two interviews. I was interviewed onsite by the COO within one day. After my first interview, I was asked to interview with the CEO via phone.
The questions they asked were based on my past experiences as a Instructional Designer and Project Manager.
I believe the company is unprofessional because they recruited me and then didn't provide me the courtesy to inform me that I was no longer being considered for the position. A boiler plate email from a HR CMS system would have been better.
I believe I wasn't selected because the salary I was asking for of $80,000 was above what they normally pay.
