Interview
I faced 2 rounds of Interview. the first was with HR and then with the functional head. Once, they found me good they I had a casual talk with the CEO for 5 mins. They looked at only 2 things, one was my commitment to Sales from my past experience. They also grilled me on how do i work in building my leads and my persistence in closing the SALE. They also test by IQ with the help of some basic aptitude questions.

I applied online. There are 3 rounds of Interview, Telephonic, Assignment and onsite. The process took 3 days to complete. It is average kind of Interview. You should be good in Problem solving skills, Data structures and web designing. Its very young startup with great future thinking.
