Purtroppo non esiste un processo di selezione oltre a ripetuta mancanza di feedback dalla giovane ma ben insediata addetta FL. Ho ricevuto una sorta di "dichiarazione ultima" solo dopo qualche mese di silenzio, per giunta non inerente la posizione per la quale avevo sostenuto il colloquio. Ho notato più tentativi abbastanza infantili di evitare contatti con il candidato, sebbene fosse stato inizialmente garantito un primo feedback a breve. La stessa ha fatto presente che l'azienda è in crisi oltre a non essere in grado di trovare personale qualificato in zona. Evidentemente a livello di recruiting questa attitudine cosi improfessionale ed al tempo stesso provinciale non può che aver portato a determinati risultati. Il rispetto dovrebbe essere sempre messo al primo posto. Recibí una especie de "declaración final" justo después de unos meses de fantasma, además del alcance del papel para el que fui entrevistado. Noté varios intentos infantiles de evitar cualquier conexión con el candidato, aunque inicialmente se garantizaba una retroalimentación a corto plazo. Señaló que la empresa está en crisis además de no poder encontrar personas calificadas en la zona. Claramente, esta actitud tan poco profesional y al mismo tiempo provincial a nivel de reclutamiento solo puede haber conducido a ciertos resultados. El respeto siempre debe ser lo primero. Fue una experiencia bastante desagradable. --- Leider gibt es kein Auswahlverfahren, abgesehen von immer wieder fehlenden Rückmeldungen des jungen, aber gut eingearbeiteten Offiziers FL. Ich habe gleich nach einigen Monaten des Ghostings eine Art "Abschlussstatement" erhalten, noch dazu aus dem Rahmen der Rolle, für die ich interviewt wurde. Mir sind mehrere kindische Versuche aufgefallen, jede Verbindung mit dem Kandidaten zu vermeiden, obwohl zunächst ein kurzfristiges Feedback garantiert war. Sie wies darauf hin, dass sich das Unternehmen in einer Krise befindet und keine qualifizierten Mitarbeiter in der Region gefunden werden. Diese so unprofessionelle und gleichzeitig provinzielle Haltung auf Rekrutierungsebene kann natürlich nur zu bestimmten Ergebnissen geführt haben. Respekt sollte immer an erster Stelle stehen. Es war eine ziemlich unangenehme Erfahrung.
