I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ledcor (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
Simple process, I applied online and was reached out for a phone screen then in-person interview. The interview itself was very simple and straightforward, however there was very little follow-up and I was never informed that I didn't get the job, I found out through a friend who knew the other final candidate. Quite disappointing to be interviewing for this level of role and to have almost no follow-up and not even the courtesy to be told that you weren't selected.

Question 1
Asked about my experience and how they would apply to the role I interviewed for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ledcor (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Started with phone screen with recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, and lastly, in-person interview with the hiring manager and his manager (the VP). The VP only came in at the end (maybe the last 10-20 mins. of the interview).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ledcor (Edmonton, AB) in Apr 2013
Interview
Very standard - nothing out of the ordinary - standard phone screen with recruiter, in person interview and then a panel interview with the VP of HR and another HR manager. It was all behavioral based until the last interview - they were extremely professional and thorough with quick communication on next steps and checking in throughout to ensure communication gaps did not exist. I would say they are first class in the recruitment process and it was a very enjoyable experience.
