      Pros

      This company supports remote work and does a great job with inclusivity and diversity initiatives. People are generally okay to work with.

      Cons

      One person may be assigned to support high volumes of projects, both internally and externally. Managing records and paperwork for dozens of teams can become overwhelming. The company doesn't seem to value supporting roles, as they are rarely recognized and poorly compensated. Due to the structure of the company, managing compliance and risk becomes difficult to oversee and manage. Tasks that should be simple become incredibly complicated. You will survive if you can handle high volumes, shifting processes and procedures, and an excessive amount of red tape.
