Interview
The management tries to sell you the job, because it's not what they advertised. They say it's marketing but it's sales, in a grocery store or homeware store. Which is a perfectly fine job, but it's not what they advertised.

Applied for the marketing coordinator job but was told that it is a “management” position and I’d have to start by going to stores and do sales for about a year and then I’d be managing my own team. Job is not what they say it is. They say they hold events and things for their clients but they just go into stores and try to sell a product. Seems very sketchy. Do not recommend. Wish I didn’t even bother going to the interview, was a waste of time.

Interview
The whole interview was kinda shady. The location and interviewer didn't seem a bit professional to me. He only asked me like one question before started to sell me their business model. He did not care about my experience or anything. Just asked if I can work on weekends stuff like that. It's like they hire you to sell stuff at wholesale places like Canadian tires then move you into their 'management' position in a year or so time. Then you manage other newer guys selling stuff.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
