Leidos Interview Questions

Applied on indeed. Had a phone screening first to talk about my interests. Then got called into an interview on site. I was interviewed by a Technical manager and four other Engineering Leads. Interview lasted about an hour of everyone going around asking me questions, me asking questions, and coding white board problems.

The interview was straight forward for this level. The interviewers questions and had problem scenarios where solutions were recommended by the interviewee. Interview questions also included some riddles/problem solving questions. After completing the interview, I had absolutely no response from Leidos for either a rejection or acceptance. They ghosted me. I see this as majorly disrespectful and wasting of my time.

Interview was on Teams. It went well with project details and technical questions. It was arranged by the third party company. The job was put on hold and they did not offer the job to me

2 step interview process- sit down & walkthrough. Both interviewers were extremely professional & informative. The interview lasted just over and hour. 20 min spent sitting down and the rest doing a work shop walkthrough

called from someone in the position I was applying to she couldn't answer my questions as she had only been with the company 9 months. The phone call kept breaking up and it felt like she was reading a script

Initial conversation with the project manager, then on site interview with the team. Took about four business days to receive an offer. Recruiter slow to respond. Ended up declining due to low pay.

Everyone was friendly. I had two interviews after the screener. The questions got harder throughout the interview process but were based on the job description I was applying for and my experience and resume.

Questions really weren’t pertinent to role. It seemed that they really weren’t looking for experience. Overall, the panel was friendly. The written job description didn’t match what was discussed with the panel.

Very kind recruiter and great interview process overall. Took about 2 weeks to hear back. I would have accepted the offer since the work seemed interesting, but the pay seemed a little low for the location.

The interview was over the phone and asked pretty basic interview questions. The interviewer was friendly and gave a description of the company to begin. They then asked questions about my projects, previous jobs, and skills.

There was no HR screen, invited for interview with manager about a month after applying and received verbal offer at end of interview, all within a week, overall very smooth process
