Interview process was over the phone. Actual hiring process longer than expected.

3 hour interview that entailed more casual talk to ascertain my personality, my likes and dislikes and a conversation about the person who was currently employed at the company who I happened to be familiar with. The last half hour my resume was reviewed and questions were asked about relocating , job experience and salary expectations.
