Easy. One face to face meeting and as long as you have a pulse you get an offer. They just need to know if you are alive and able to be abused for as long as you allow it.
Pretty easy lots of steps to get to the final interview. Come to final interview in a tie and professional attire. Clean and shaved ready to answer any kind of questions. Some were odd.
Great process and informative. They insured I was aware of expectations and resources. It is a panel interview with senior management and the director. Overall great interview process and would recommend giving Lennar a very hard look.
