I had a 30 minute phone interview with Lennar it started off with with asking my experience in customer service and then he asked situational questions. Overall it was an easy interview

Interview process was a unique experience. Questions asked were more on getting to know me and understand my line of thinking. It was a seamless interview process, and onboarding was seamless as well.
