Interview

First met with a recruiter and then the marketing manager and then brand president. Four rounds including a design project. It seemed very legitimate and professional. I toured their corporate office and was provided an offer fairly quickly.

Simple, not much to it. Only lasted about 5 minutes. I came in on slow time and waiting just few minutes for the GM. We sat at a table and talked. By the evening I had an offer and was there for 6 years.

Very quick and easy. Filled out an application and they called me within a week. They let you know what you'll be doing, how you get paid,how the schedule works, etc. Then they give you a shirt and hat and youre an employee.
