It was easy to apply. Submitted my CV and wrote a sentence about myself. Then there were a personality test as well as a cognitive test. At the interview, the host was very friendly and made the interview more personal which was great. The follow-up email I got afterwards about me not continuing in the recruitment process could have been a more detailed about my skill set and why I did not fit the position..
