Leon interview questions

Pretty chill, just filled out the application form, went to the interview which was pretty laid back and then went and did a trial shift later that week at my nearest branch in the role I was hoping to get. Was very nice, laid back atmosphere very encouraging staff.

its good to process this interview, they call me and ask me some simple questions like introduce yourself and what will you do when you face some difficult situation. I guess i am doing good and answer almost all the questions, however i would not be the right person they need .
