The interview was divided in 3 stages where different interviewers just try to know more about you.
Overall they rather know more about you than your qualifications since this is a very customer oriented role, for the position that I was applying for (Store Assistant) the best skills to have are communication skills and being able to remain calm in some stressful situations that are inevitable when dealing with customers technical knowledge helps but it´s not essential since there is training plan available for new workers
