An not so difficult and friendly process , the first interview with the HR and the second with the manager of the department. The whole process was about two weeks.

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work with us.
The interview was very focused on my background, general sales-related topics, and competency-based questions using the STAR method. Overall, it was a structured conversation about experience, motivation, and situational examples.

Colloquio ben organizzato e professionale: recruiter chiaro ed esaustivo, domande mirate al ruolo, spiegazione completa del contesto aziendale, processo selettivo trasparente, clima collaborativo e orientato allo scambio
Varias entrevistas con diferentes miembros del equipo muy enfocadas en el método STAR y también caso práctico en el que valoraban interpretación de datos que te mostraban y explicaban en el momento
