Interview
Friendly, very straight forward "what would you do if" questions. Even though I had lots of experience in the industry, I was still not hired. A month later the position was open again. Terrible reviews from current employees.

Interview
Kept me in his stuffy office over 2 hours to ask me a bunch of silly questions then didnt even bother getting back in touch 2 weeks for feedback. Waste of time and lack of professionalism. Asked me questions like how do I double revenue, when hes hiring for a web content manager and not ceo. Just a silly man in general.
It was an easy interviewing process with the VP - he was kind and asked important questions about my experience and explained what the company hopes to accomplish. I felt welcomed already. A nice tight-knit bunch
