Level 3 Audiovisual interview questions

Overall the process was very easy. I talked to one of the managers in the first official round, and then I talked to team members who were in similar positions and both times were very informative, and the work seemed to be rewarding and educational. The biggest complaint is that no one ever contacted me after the 2nd interview. It would have been nice to get a "thanks but no thanks" email or call of some kind, as well as advice on what I could do to improve my skills going forward.

Phone screener was 1 hour late. Did not recognize industry standard certifications such as the CTS. Other certifications such as Crestron Design, AMX designer, Dante Level 1,2,3 and DDM meant nothing to this screener. I was told I could make maybe 80,000 a year if I had the experience. Also, my work with AV systems being primarily maintinance/IT despite my education in AV design, was not really what they were looking for, despite having really good insight into peripherals that a customer might expect, as well as Zoom and Teams integrations that are not answered during the design/consulting process. They will be hard pressed to find someone with experience who will accept that salary.
