The technical interview took 2 weeks to be scheduled during which I left without any updates.
No feedback was given to me.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lexicon (Melbourne) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process first starts with a 15 minute video call with the Lexicon talent team, and you get to learn about the company and they get to learn about you and your current experience.
After passing the phone screening, you can then show off your technical skills in the coding challenge! This stage entails a "real-world" problem that you try to develop a solution for, whether its Front-End, Mobile or Full-Stack! They give about 3 weeks of time to develop your solution, and then it is passed on to be reviewed by a few senior engineers.
In concluding the review stage, you are then asked for a pair programming session with your reviewers, where you will be asked to share your screen and explain code, do a live extension and ask you questions. No need to be worried though, as they are here to help you through this if you should need it. This will take around 30 minutes.
Finally, we reach the last step, where you get to meet the directors of Lexicon! It is a nice chat where you get to introduce yourself to the director, get to know them and the company better with their current engagements. This could be around 15-30 minutes.
And that's it, congrats!🎉
