Lexicon Pharmaceuticals interview questions

Excellent follow up and clarity of role. All of the virtual interviews were on time. The interviewers has read my resume and were prepared. The questions were fair and related to the role.

The first interview was a phone interview with the HR team member. Second interview was a teleconference with the hiring manager who was 10 minutes late to the call. The third interview was in person at headquarters and it was with a total of 5 people and they were all 30 minutes long. After the interviews were done the HR team member mentioned having a decision within the next few days. The company was very eager to move along the interview process but not eager to provide a decision. With multiple follow ups to get an answer three weeks later I received a generic email saying they went with another candidate.
