I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lexington Home Brands (High Point, NC) in Apr 2017
Interview
Phone interview then follow up interview at market. Met with sales manager and toured showroom while talking. He wasn't ready to talk compensation, interested in "fit". I know from others it's 1099 position, no benefits. Would have liked to at least hear what expected sales and commission rate would be to judge earnings potential.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lexington Home Brands (Greensboro, NC) in Apr 2014
Interview
I was referred by a furniture dealer who told me that there would be an opening with the company. I called, sent my resume and met with sales manager during the High Point furniture market.

Question 1
I was asked, use five words to describe yourself.
Lexington has a reputation for going through a lot of sales representatives and I walked out of there feeling like they were going through the motions, that I was one of many. What I saw of the showroom lobby and sales rep room (they called it a bullpen) was really beautiful.
