One on one interview. They have sinced moved to an interview panel. The interview process takes a long time and feedback is somewhat poor. Company is slow to make a decision but will keep you in the pool of candidates

8 weeks. First with internal recruiter. 2nd with Hiring Manager. 3rd with Senior Director. Nothing hard or surprising. After I recieved the offer it took 4 weeks to get through the internal hiring process to get my start date. Very frustrating.
