Initial telephone interview, coding test, formal interview x 2. I was told after the first interview for the software developer position, that my current experience fell between the positions of software developer and associate developer roles. After attending the second interview I was told that I didn't met the minimum requirement for the associate developer position.

Describe a project I had worked on related to Java EE
Two rounds of coding, one Hackerank problem to solve.
Another debugging questions along with the panel. They ask questions while you debug.
2 rounds of interview, both scenario based, partially technical and based on your experience. A behavioral round at the end.

Interview
Fun and engaging - challenging but showed a great insight into the company and culture. Wide range of questions not just tech based. Outcome communicated quickly with little waiting. Made me want to work for this company.
