Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.

I applied online. After few days I got an e-mail. They invited me on telephone interview. The phone interview took approx. 10 min. After 8 days I got another e-mail to invited me another interview in a store. It was not easy. They asked lot of questions.Why Lidl? What do you know about Lidl? What makes good customer service?

Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
