I thought the interview process was very interesting. It consisted of a group activity, a role play and then a one on one interview. I felt like I did exceptionally well and felt like I was going to receive an offer. After about 5 days I received the dreaded thanks but no thanks. As I reflect on the process I see much of the feedback that has been stated in many of these reviews. Very odd experience. I will be curious to see exactly what these US stores are led by.

Formal laid back to the point quite easy over all very generic basic questions that you would get in any other interview. Wouldn’t recommend place to work very poor structure no support by your line manager
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Birmingham, England)
Interview
Difficult and challenging. Corporate. You will be asked lots of questions and those things you will never do. The interviewers seemed arrogant. Great pay but they will work you to the bone.
