I applied online. I interviewed at Lidl (Darlington, North East England, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
3 stages to the interview , first part being a pointless 100 mile drive to Darlington for a group presentation on everything you can find online ,second part is a basic interview it an area manager who doesn't even have a copy of your cv and her questions seem errelavent to the role , then the last one is another 100 round trip to Leeds for a head of sales interview ,this one was more details job specific.honestly the process is shocking and the interviews were 3 weeks apart dragging the process out
Very friendly environment and helpful employees. They made me feel very welcome and they were open to talk about all the details of the job. Even if I didn't get hired in the end, the process was very pleasant and I would re-apply given the opportunity.
