The interview was not on sight (the stores had not yet opened in the area). There were 2 interviewers per person being interviewed. They asked me about myself, how I heard of the position and Lidl, and then got to the harder questions.

Formal laid back to the point quite easy over all very generic basic questions that you would get in any other interview. Wouldn’t recommend place to work very poor structure no support by your line manager

Difficult and challenging. Corporate. You will be asked lots of questions and those things you will never do. The interviewers seemed arrogant. Great pay but they will work you to the bone.
