Applied online, got called for an interview, sat the interview which was very relaxed, got onto next stage which was at head office. Full day training provided, we then got our uniforms and shown around the warehouse, where all goods is dispatched to the stores.

Question 1
Give an example of how you would deal with an unsatisfied customer
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
