I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lidl (Doncaster, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
cover letter and application, then video interview, then assessment centre which consisted of - interview, networking event, and solo presentation. the networking event consisted of talking to other graduates and various higher ups in the company and wasnt as scary as it sounds. the presentation was centred around visiting your local lidl and putting together a presentation around 3 things that you think could be improved in the store
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
