I should have know from the interview that the managers doesn’t care about you or your work experience, they just wants to know when you can work. The associates get alone okay (when they actually do talk) but the managers treat you like second class citizens
It was a conversation with the manager. He asked me about my experience, where I thought I’d be in 5 years, why I wanted to work there, and similar type interview questions.
Overall, it was a basic interview process. They asked about experience and why someone would be a good fit for the role. Just have some well-thought-out answers to common interview questions beforehand, and you should be fine.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Fresh Meadows, NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
Really easy interview process. Simple behavioral questions and scenario questions. Little to no pressure, very laid back. You should know the companies overall message and use that while interviewing for this position. Almost anyone can get hired, with or without experience.
