I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Jan 2022
Interview
Was much longer than it had to be but in the end I thought it was very rewarding and insightful. However, the interviewer was not very nice and you could tell they did not want to be there

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Lidl
Interview
I liked it very much. They were very attentive to all of my questions, and they were very friendly. Even though I didn’t get the job, probably due to my lack of experience, it was a good experience, and I will probably apply to another location of Lidl in the future.
The interviewer asked about my backgorund and past experiences and was very easy, got the job but rejected because had better options. Now I'm a cashier at Burger King and earning last but at least, it tastes as king.
The interview was very fast and professional. I applied online, they called me for a short meeting, and we discussed my availability and previous experience in retail. Everything was very clear.
