It was a new store grand open . It was phone call interview and it was about 10 minutes. That was 2020 and it was COVID-19 so it wasn't hard. when I first started it was about 25 team members. And then after one month we lost about 10 of them
Simple interview, very informal. Not sure if it’s changed recently. Heard back from them relatively quickly. Informal chat over phone followed by a slightly more formal chat in their store
