Interview
There are three phone screens before an in person interview that consists of multiple interviews. There is also a testing portion before going to an in person interview. The in person interview is a full day of interviewing with multiple different people who are apart of the company and may not be in the role you are applying for.

Interview
The staff was very good at greeting us and keeping us informed of every step coming up. They made sure to keep the energy up and provided refreshments to keep us charged. They also provided calming spaces to help us decompress between interviews.

Interview
It was a tough interview for sure. It’s not your average interview where you are asked general questions. The pastors interviewing you really want to get to know you and your heart so they will dig deep. You learn so much about yourself through the process though.

Interview
This interview process was the most sufficient, well structured, and encouraging interview process I have had the chance to participate in. It is a two day event with expenses paid. It included campus tours, dinner, and a day of interviewing. The process is dedicated to making sure both sides are suitable for one another and extremely honest in their expectations. They are also sincerely supportive during the process.
