Life Clinic interview questions

I was not interviewed by the director or anyone, but a simply phone screening by the administrative assistant. I was immediately sent a lengthy contract without follow up call and pressured to fill it out right away with several emails. I was concerned that this was a sketchy business venture because of the immediacy of the process. I was concerned that I was going to be taken advantage of, as they had initially approached me with an offer of taking a psychological associate position, but was subsequently interviewed for a registered psychotherapist.
