They asked basic pre-printed questions, to which he really didn't care what the answer was it just needed to sound pretty. The impression was that he was desperate for bodies and a strong back and a weak minded personality.

Quick and Straightforward - be prepared to answer questions about healthy and active living and how one could contribute to offering an experience to new members at the facility. The gym is seen as a "health country club" so be careful when phrasing it as just a gym.
