Pros
-if hired in as a full-time employee, you immediately have full-time hours -health benefits - continued education -at the time of my employment, there was good staff camaraderie -weekly 1:1 meeting with managers to keep you on track to having full-time client hours - small group training options - make more money as you get more clients -can sell supplements to add to your commission
Cons
-the "60 Day" competition get repetitive and causes some burnout -I heard the new pay structure (as of summer '23) is not very advantageous for the trainers -club keeps increasing prices for training services and memberships
