I worked at Life Time part-time for less than a year

    Pros

nice people to work with, customers are generally nice compared to other food service jobs I've had, and employees from other parts of the building are generally pretty nice

    Cons

there are some occasional difficult customers but I guess that's to be expected, also I think they're getting hit pretty hard as a result of corona

I have been working at Life Time part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The managers really care about there employees. Everyone is very friendly and inviting. Working with kids can get a bit overwhelming at times especially when there is a rush, but we all work as a team to handle any situation. I would recommend working here if you love people and have a positive outlook on life.

    Cons

Finding coverage for shifts is stressful and we had a quarterly schedule, so the schedule is very fixed.
