    Pros

    Great pay and employee benefits, we were able to have a free gym membership which was a huge advantage.

    Cons

    Had to work holidays and weekends, as a mom with 2 kids sometimes it made life a bit for stressful.

    Keep up the good work!

    Fun place to work, plenty of support to grow

    Cons

    A draw based pay structure, promises from corporate that fall through (i.e. removing draw), overstaffing

    Focus on the trainers you have, improve retention and trainer success rather than focusing on chasing corporate metrics

    If you're looking for a job & environment that is predictable, this is probably not the place for you. Life Time is always rolling out something new that requires team members to be flexible & adaptable.
