I applied through LinkedIn, and the entire process took about two weeks. It began with an assignment, followed by two interview rounds. All stages of the process were conducted virtually, making it convenient and well-organized. The HR team was very professional, responsive, and supportive throughout, providing clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth overall experience.

The hiring process at LSC Consultants has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After being shortlisted and completing the required steps, there was absolutely no follow-up or communication from the hiring team — despite multiple polite follow-ups over several weeks. Such lack of transparency and basic professional courtesy reflects poorly on the company’s work culture and respect for candidates’ time. Direct ghosting after shortlisting is unacceptable, and I hope they take steps to improve their recruitment communication process.
