The mgr was Very friendly & informative. Explained about the company’s birth and their future goals. Described the applicants role in the beginning and future goals for that role. Described the training and potential raises. Received a tour of the company and was offered a shadow day.

applied and got a phone call. Interviewed with DaVita recruiter, then couple days interviewed via phone with an executive. Withing the week they brought me in to meet the leadership team and to see how I was in person. Still have not heard back and it's been over 3 weeks. Original recruiter said I'm still in the running, but it's been over a month now since the first contact. LONG process.
