The interview went well, It was positive and professional. The HR Director was knowledgeable and charismatic and Lifemark's offer was reasonable. Pretty much confined to how I can show my edge on why I am the best fit for the Talent Advisor role.

Although both interviews were very positive and I was promised an answer the same day or by the end of the week at the latest, the recruiter and the manager didn't get back to me. Nor did they reply to the messages I sent them.

Interview
The interview process consisted of first-stage interview with the Talent Advisor which was set up via email. The following and final stage was a 1 on 1 with the HR director. The interview consisted of behavioral and situational questions and also included a brief explanation of the company and its vision.
