Interview process was smooth, met intially with a younger advisor who asked some behavioral based questions. After our interview he set me up to meet with the VP about a week later.

Asked some question about myself and then others like why I wanted to get into financial advising.

Interview
The interview was first initiated with an email confirming the date and time. Was given the option of interviewing in-person or online. I chose the in-person option. The interview was very down-to-earth and personal. Only lasted about an hour. Was sent an email the following week about their offer.
