Interview
The company had a decent scenario-based first round of interview which didnt deep dive into past experience but what you can do for the company with your skill. But then they gave a 15 to 20 pages long assignment, which should be the deal breaker but then again held a 1 hr long interview, asking less about approach towards assignment but more about assumable scenarios just to stress test you. Also, the interviewer specifically mentioned agreeable use of AI but then pointed out that I was not saying that these parts were given by AI. It felt somehow they wanted to deprive me of my confidence in marketing, ultimately to put me on hold for 2 weeks.
