Lighthouse Care Center interview questions

Employer called me on the phone about 2 weeks after turning in my application. We did the interview over the phone. Asked me about my education and experience then made me an offer. The whole interview was about ten minutes. The human resources director was the only person that I spoke to throughout the entire interview.
