Lighthouse Community Charter School interview questions

The interview process was totally unprofessional. The team contacted my references and requested information from them before my first interview (really disrespectful of their time and my precious resource). I was asked to complete a data analysis task which took several hours. The team asked no questions and provided no feedback about the presentation during the interview. I was informed that I was "not a fit" shortly after the interview. I requested feedback about this, and never heard back.

Standard special education interview with an emphasis on diversity, advocacy, and community engagement. The interview panel consisted of 3 people and took place on the school campus. The interview also consisted of a quick tour of the school grounds.
