A job interview goes both ways. It's an opportunity for the applicant to learn about the role and the company as much as it is for the interviewer to question the applicant. Two people interviewed me, and they were clearly unhappy to be participating in the interview. Were they having a bad day? Were they not interested in the interview? Were they on bad terms with each other? I don't know. But the interview was packed from a very long list of questions, and there was no opportunity for me to ask anything at all. They were just robotically going through the list of questions. Not even really reacting to my responses. That was a big red flag for me. Definitely not the vibe I want to see at an interview.
