Sent application through the campus online application center and got a first round on campus interview. Met with two people, an alum from my school and one of the Senior Associates at the firm. Both were asking me questions and both were very nice.

Interview
It was a 30-minute phone call with an analyst. I got asked a Case and technical questions. I got asked what the valuation methods are. Some questions on enterprise value and equity value.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. A 1-hour behavioral interview focused on motivation, fit, and prior transaction experience, followed by a 1-hour technical interview covering valuation methodologies, accounting concepts, and M&A case discussions.
3 rounds (intro interview with technicals and fit. Second round was a case study where the task was to pitch a company combined with a valuation assessment and the last round was interview with two MDs)
