Lincroft Academy interview questions

Disorganised day- another candidate had to arrange school pickup for their children as they no longer were able to fulfill this due to lengthy waiting periods. Didn't find the staff conducting my interview to be very warm or friendly. In fact, I don't even know why they shortlisted me because they were actually trying to put me off the position (it felt like they'd already made up their mind this wasn't right for me before I even sat down for the interview?) Made assumptions about my work ethic, despite the fact I could show fast progression in my work history. I'm a very qualified candidate, so this was disappointing. I was planning on turning down the position if it was offered to me anyway, but thankfully it wasn't.
