Interview
They use a battery of tests, aimed at spelling, grammar, reading comprehension, and basic math. Fine. Not exactly an in-depth look at a candidate's entire potential, but understand what they are getting at. Personal interview was very basic, and not much was delved into. As a person that used to conduct hiring interviews, the questions seemed basic and uninformative. All fine, and fairly average. My complaint is they use the personality tests, which have been proven faulty time and time again. Ugh. Do a little research please. If I actually answer truthfully, I'll be disqualified, so I'm forced to lie to pass it. Pointless?

Interview
Was sent a Google Drive with files about the company, the job description, school holidays etc. I was confused as it appeared to be a one way video interview. But it’s not, it’s a zoom interview with their HR. They canceled interview an 45 minutes before the interview. And the interview was scheduled a week in advance. Very unprofessional and not sure if it was automated

Do not waste your time interviewing with this company.
I was sent to the wrong address for this interview, despite asking the HR recruiter days beforehand which address of the 2 addresses provided was correct.
Despite giving a professional interview after I walked 20 extra minutes in the 80 + degree heat to the correct address, I was rejected within days. In addition, prior to this I was selected for a phone interview, the recruiter called me on a day and time that I did not include in the email of my availability.
Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time.

Positive vibe, let me ask alot of questions. Was upfront on salary expectations. Set me up for the next step of the process. Did not work in the local office so couldn't answer more regional questions.
