Fairly straightforward, I found out about the position from my university and applied online. I came in for an interview the following week and was working there within the month. Interview was pretty straightforward, no surprises.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
