I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Ann Arbor, MI) in Mar 2017
Interview
Professional but lengthy due to how thorough it was. If you do well on the initial screening, you will be invited to a second part. The initial screening consists of a spelling test and reading test or critical thinking test, altogether this lasts about 1 hour. The second screening involves another 1-3 hours where you practice some of the programs they offer and complete a formal interview. They give you feedback on how you're doing as you go and see if you can pick up on the programs quickly. The interview itself included mostly basic questions like how to motivate students and what would you do if you were running late.

Interview
There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

Interview
There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

Interview
A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
