I found the job opening online, sent in a resume, and was contacted by phone to attend a screening/interview. The screening process lasted 3-4 hours and consisted of filling out paperwork, listening to a presentation, taking skills test and an intelligence test, learning and practicing some of their techniques, and a 1 on 1 interview that consisted of a few short and easy questions. I was called back within a week and offered a position.
